About

We build the hands. You do the work you're good at.

ThoughtfulEyes builds agents that take real jobs off small business owners — the answering, chasing, booking and following up that fills evenings and weekends.

Who you'll be dealing with

One person, not a call centre.

ThoughtfulEyes is run by Radhika Chhotai Kotecha, out of Melbourne. She's spent fifteen years getting this kind of technology to actually work inside real organisations — most recently building one of the first university-wide AI setups in Australia, and running the marketing technology behind a large, complicated institution.

What that means for you is simple: the person building your agent has done the hard version of this at scale, and knows the difference between AI that looks clever in a demo and AI that quietly does a job every day without anyone babysitting it.

And you deal with her directly. The person you speak to on the first call is the person who builds your agent and the person who picks up when you ring about it — no account manager, no ticket queue. There's a limit to how many businesses one person can look after properly, so when it's full, we say so rather than quietly getting worse at it. Everything built for you is written down too, so it's never stuck in one person's head — including yours, if you ever want to bring it in-house.

Why we started

Everyone was selling tools. Nobody was doing the work.

Talk to any owner about the software they've bought and you'll get the same story: it promised to save time, it took a fortnight to set up, and now it's one more thing to keep on top of. The work didn't go away. It just moved.

That's the gap. Owners don't want a smarter dashboard — they want the job done and off their plate. Closer to hiring someone than buying an app, but without the wage, the contract and the managing.

So that's what we build. Not a product you log into. Something that quietly does a job you were doing at nine at night.

Melbourne

Local, and happy to come and sit down with you.

Small business

Clinics, trades, firms, studios — anyone where the owner is the bottleneck.

One thing first

We'd rather do one job well than promise everything.

How we work

We'll tell you when it isn't worth it.

Some jobs shouldn't be handed to an agent. Some businesses are better off hiring an actual person, or just leaving things as they are for another year. When that's the case we say so on the first call, because a client who signs up for the wrong thing tells more people about it than one who doesn't.

One job at a time · nothing for you to manage · no lock-in
