We may collect your name, business name, email address, role, and the details you provide through our enquiry or workflow review forms. If you message us on WhatsApp, we collect your name as WhatsApp shows it, your phone number, and whatever you write.

2. How we use the information

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether the service may be relevant to your business, and arrange a follow-up conversation or workflow review.

3. Data storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Information submitted through our website may be stored in secure systems managed by our hosting and email tools.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with trusted service providers who assist with website hosting, form processing, scheduling or email communication, where required to provide our services. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta carries that message and handles it under its own terms.

We use Google Analytics and advertising cookies, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see which pages people find useful and to measure the performance of our advertising.
