About ThoughtfulEyes
We build agents that do the work, so you can get back to yours.
ThoughtfulEyes is a Melbourne business run by Radhika. We build and run AI agents that take one job off a small-business owner's plate: the enquiry, the quote, the booking, the invoice or the review request. You do not manage it. It just does the job.
What we believe
The owner is not the bottleneck. They are the person every exception routes to, and the rules live in their head. Write the rules down and an agent can do the job.
What we build
Agents for named jobs: lead response, quote follow-up, bookings, invoice chasing, review requests and customer questions. Each one runs on our accounts, inside the systems you already pay for.
Why this matters
One more app is not the answer.
Nothing new to log into, nothing new to learn. The agent works inside what you already have.
